Abstract: The relocation of poverty alleviation is a major project for the country to achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity. Whether the rights and interests of poverty alleviation immigrants can be effectively protected after they enter the resettlement community through relocation is the key to whether they can “live and prosper” in the resettlement site. This paper analyzes the current situation of rights and interests of migrants in Huize County and concludes that the conflict of interests between migrants and the state, local administrative agencies, industrial organizations and non-migrant groups is the root cause of insufficient protection of rights and interests of poor migrants, and the government should strengthen public service functions, coordinate the interests of all parties, build a diversified social support system, focus on risk prevention, and explore diversified employment paths by integrating multiple resources, exploring diversified employment paths to alleviate the conflict and assume the corresponding governmental responsibility.
