Exploration of Tourism English Curriculum Reform Based on the Spread of Huizhou Culture ——A Case Study in Huangshan Vocational and Technical College

Abstract: The paper adopts both qualitative research and quantitative research to conduct a survey of tourism English curriculum of Huangshan Vocational and Technical College at preliminary research stage. With the data analysis of survey, the reform of tourism English curriculum based on the spread of Huizhou Culture is carried out. The curriculum reform is performed in the six aspects, including teaching objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, assessment methods, school-enterprise cooperation forms, and the construction of teachers’ team, aiming to cultivate foreign-related tourism service talents who can initially use English language skills to provide tourism services and spread Huizhou Culture.
