Abstract: in the late qianlong period of Qing dynasty, the baoping copper factory in yongbei was discovered and successfully tested, and the yongbei copper mine reached its peak during the daoguang period, and the output of yongbei copper mine decreased sharply in the middle and late period of daoguang, although the effects of guangkai sub-factory were not obvious. During the period of the Republic of China, Yongbei Copper Mine resources continued to be mined, but the results were not significant. Through discussing the position of yongbei copper production in Yunnan copper industry, such as the annual copper volume, Beijing copper transportation, factory people's livelihood, etc. in yongbei copper mine, the mining situation of yongbei copper mine from Qing dynasty to republic of China was outlined, and the development process of yongbei copper industry was demonstrated.
