Promotion of Learning Dimension in the English Reading Teaching by Way of Graphic Organizer

Abstract: Based on the Learning Dimension Theory advanced?by Marzano, the English reading teaching model has been put forward. Firstly, the graphic organizer can be adopted to facilitate the acquisition and integration of knowledge in the lead-in stage. Then, the graphic organizer can be used to extend and refine knowledge in the intensive reading stage. Lastly, the graphic organizer can be employed to achieve the purpose of meaningful learning in the text extension stage.
