Abstract: As a country along the Belt and Road Initiative, Myanmar sees Chinese language education as a key carrier for people-to-people exchanges and educational cooperation between China and Myanmar. The structural dilemmas currently facing China-Myanmar Chinese language education cooperation, including the weak cooperation platform system, insufficient policy support, imbalanced resource allocation, inadequate cultural identity, and divergent cooperation objectives, is analyzed by introducing the CIPP evaluation model. A five-dimensional operation mechanism covering “platform construction, policy alignment, resource guarantee, cultural identity, and goal coordination” is established through optimizing the Product (Pr) dimension and building a closed-loop feedback system, to improve the quality of China-Myanmar Chinese language education cooperation and advance the building of a China-Myanmar community with a shared future.
