大蓟金属含量测定和地上部分总黄酮性能探究

Research on the Performance of Total Flavonoids from Aerial Part and Determination of Metal Content in Cirsium Japonicum

摘要: 分析测定大蓟根和地上部分钾(K)、钙(Ca)、钠(Na)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)和锰(Mn)金属元素含量,并利用超声法提取大蓟根和地上部分黄酮类化合物,对地上部分黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性进行研究.结果表明:(1)大蓟根中含有Na、Ca、Mn三种金属元素,地上部分中含有Na、Ca、Mn、Zn四种金属元素,根和地上部分中Ca和Na含量均较高,根中分别为4 172.0041mg/kg和8 522.2762mg/kg,地上部分含量分别为7 390.7273mg/kg和9 177.5275mg/kg;(2)用50%、75%和100%乙醇溶液作提取液,测得大蓟根总黄酮含量分别为6.615mg/g、12.120mg/g和3.030mg/g;地上部分总黄酮含量分别为8.190mg/g、14.940mg/g和10.230mg/g;抗氧化实验表明大蓟地上部分总黄酮具有一定的抗氧化活性.

Abstract: The metal element contents of K,Ca,Na,Zn,Cu and Mn were determined,total flavonoids were extracted from Cirsium japonicum with ultrasonic method,and the antioxidant activities were researched.The results showed that: (1) the root contains Na,Ca and Mn three metallic elements with 4172.0041mg/kg Ca and 8522.2762mg/kg Na respectively; the aerial part of Cirsium japonicum contains Na,Ca,Mn and Zn four metallic elements with 7390.7273 mg/kg Ca and 9177.5275 mg/kg Na.(2) The contents of total flavonoids from extraction of 50%,75% and 100% ethanol are 6.615mg/g,12.120 mg/g and 3.030mg/g,that of aerial part are 8.190mg/g,14.940mg/g and 10.230mg/g.The total flavonoids in Cirsium japonicum from aerial part had certain antioxidant activity.
