响应曲面法优化微波样品制备仪提取白及多糖工艺

Optimize Extraction of Polysaccharides from Bletilla Striata Using Response Surface Methodology with Microwave Sample Preparation Instrument

摘要: 选取响应曲面优化液料比(mL/g)、微波时间(min)、微波功率(W)三个实验参数,应用微波样品制备仪提取白及多糖.二次拟合模型方差分析结果表明理论分析准确可信.回归方程系数显著性检验表明三个实验参数均显著影响多糖提取.白及多糖的最佳提取条件为:液料比75mL/g、微波时间15min、微波功率100W.在此条件下,可以一次提取出白及块茎约95%多糖.

Abstract: Microwave sample preparation instrument was used to extract polysaccharides from bletilla striata.Extraction parameters,time,power and ratio of liquid to material were optimized through response surface methodology.The results showed that the theoretical analysis is accurate and credible.The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharides from bletilla striata are as follows: ratio of liquid to material 75mL/g,time 15min,and power 100W.Under these conditions,95% polysaccharides can be extracted at the first time.
