Abstract: In recent years, the world frequently breaks out the large-scale public health event, thus has caused the serious life security threat and the huge economic loss to the whole world and even the entire humanity. The joint response of all countries in the world is the fundamental way to overcome public health emergencies. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of emergency management of public health emergencies, this study reviews the typical methods of dealing with public health emergencies in China and other countries, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: establishing and perfecting the emergency management system and mechanism of public health emergencies, strengthening the “hardware” of public health emergencies and improving the “software” of public health emergencies, it is expected to provide reference for the further improvement of Public Health Emergency Management System in China.
