基于文化冲击早期干预视角的来华留学生心理健康研究

Research on Mental Health of International Students Studying in China Based on the Perspective of Cultural Shock Early Intervention

摘要: 2018年我国来华留学生人数超过49.2万,留学生人数众多,来华留学生的心理健康问题成为我国高校必须面对的问题。文化冲击是诱导来华留学生产生心理健康问题的重要因素,对其早期干预可以有效预防来华留学生的心理健康疾病的发生。本文首先对文化冲击的概念进行辨析,再对常见的引起来华留学生文化冲击的原因进行总结归纳,最后提出了对来华留学生开展留学预教育、为来华留学生提供全方位的服务、尊重来华留学生的价值观和宗教信仰、为来华留学生组织丰富多彩的课余活动等应对来华留学生文化冲击问题的对策。

Abstract: The number of international students studying in China exceeded 492,000 in 2018, it is a large number of foreign students. The mental health of international students has become a problem that must be faced by colleges and universities in China. Culture shock is an important factor in inducing students’ mental health problems, and early intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of mental health problems of international students. This article first analyzed the concept of culture shock, and then summarized the common causes of culture shock on international students studying in China. Finally, it put forward several countermeasures to cope with culture shock on international students, namely, to carry out pre-education for international students, to provide a full range of services for international students, to respect international students’ values and religious beliefs, and to organize rich and colorful extracurricular activities for international students.
