Abstract: Public digital culture construction is an important part of the public cultural system construction, and the library serves as the main body of national public digital culture construction and leader, has been leading the development of the public digital culture construction, based on the intelligent library of zhengzhou as an example shows the application of new technology in digital library culture construction, andthe application of new technology to highlight problems in the process of analysis, finally,the author puts forward his own opinions.
