摘要/Abstract

摘要： 将O2O与公共图书馆的服务相结合,可以将图书馆线上服务与线下服务有机结合起来,在公共图书馆服务中有着广阔的前景.从O2O服务的定义、特征入手,论述了公共图书馆O2O服务的发展现状,分析了其中的不足,并提出从服务内容、服务模式、服务平台等几个方面构建公共图书馆O2O服务模式.

Abstract: Combining the O2O with the service of the public library, we can combine the service of the library online and the offline service organically, and have a broad prospect in the public library service. This paper, starting with the definition and characteristics of O2O service, discusses the development status of O2O service in public library, analyzes the shortcomings of it, and puts forward the construction of O2O service mode in the public library from service content, service mode, service platform and so on.
