转型发展背景下地方高校青年教师培养研究

摘要: 在高等教育发展大背景下,地方高校向应用技术型高校转型发展迫在眉睫,而地方高校拥有一支专业理论强、实践技能高的教师队伍尤为关键。青年教师是地方高校教师队伍的主力军,他们具有扎实的专业理论知识、较强的接受信息能力、较强的沟通互动能力和较弱的应用实践能力等的专业特点,采取制定严格的教师聘用程序、积分制的培训进修制度,推进学校和企业共建培养模式、有效的科研团队模式,设立青年教师专项发展资金等措施做好地方高校青年教师的培养工作。

Abstract: Under the background of higher education development, it is urgent for local colleges and universities to transform into application-oriented colleges and universities, which requires a strong professional and practical team of teachers. Therefore, young teachers with solid professional knowledge, high ability to accept information, good communicative and interactive skills become the main force of local university teachers though they are lack in practical ability. Measurements should be made to follow strict procedures in teacher recruitment, to build a points system of teacher training, to construct a training mode of school-enterprise, to establish an effective research team and to set up a special development fund to guarantee the development of young teachers in local universities.
