Abstract: The large poor population and intensive poverty in Yunnan province make targeted poverty alleviation and reduction tremendously arduous. Fuyuan county in Yunnan province, one of the 592 counties in the national project of poverty alleviation and economy development, is a representative of the poverty alleviation in Yunnan province. This study takes the anti-poverty practice of Juhe village in Fuyuan as an example and summarizes the difficulties and problems in its targeted poverty alleviation, such as indefinite target for supporting, inefficient evaluation of poverty alleviation, repoverty, single way of poverty-alleviation, lack of diversity in poverty alleviation and so on. With regard to these difficulties, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.
