云南少数民族人口就业状况及存在问题分析

摘要: 近年来,云南少数民族农村剩余劳动力不断向城镇转移,少数民族就业问题日趋突出。通过调查问卷数据分析发现,少数民族文化素质低、职业行业单一、劳动保障落实不到位、民族传统文化成为影响少数民族人口就业难的主要原因。因此,针对问题提出的解决少数民族人口就业的对策及建议,将对云南少数民族社会发展产生积极影响。

Abstract: In recent years, the rural surplus labor of ethnic minorities in Yunnan continued to transfer to cities and towns, making the employment problem of ethnic minorities becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the survey data and the analysis, it is found that low cultural quality, singularity of industry, failure in implementation of labor security, and rules of the traditional culture are the main problems affecting minority population’s employment. Some countermeasures and suggestions in point are put forward to bring a favorable effect to social development of ethnic minorities in Yunnan.
