Abstract: Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, an empirical study of the relationship between the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, digital inclusive finance and farmers' income is conducted.The results show that the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries can promote farmers' income and the impact of the development of digital inclusive finance on farmers' income will increase with the improvement of the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries.In addition, after the analysis of heterogeneity, in areas with high level of digital inclusive finance development, the integration of three industries has a significant role in increasing farmers' income while in areas with low development level of digital inclusive finance, the causal relationship between the integration of three industries and the increase of farmers' income is not statistically significant.The findings suggest that the strategy of integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries should not only be carried out through the way of creating new products, new services, new industries, new industrial forms, and new models, but also be integrated with the virtual digital inclusive finance.Farmers' income will increase through the joint development of real industry integration and virtual finance .
