摘要: 乡村要振兴,教育须先行。教育先行,教师为本。乡村教师在教书育人的同时,还需要持续学习,不断充电。而阅读是乡村教师提升专业技能的重要途径。提升乡村教师的阅读能力,在政策上是推进乡村振兴的题中之义,在理论上是夯实教师队伍建设的内在需求,在现实图景上是破解当前乡村教师阅读实然困境的应然之举。

关键词: 乡村振兴, 乡村教师阅读能力, 价值意蕴

Abstract: Education and teachers must be put first to revitalize the countryside. While teaching and educating, rural teachers also need to learn continuously and recharge their batteries. Reading is an important way for rural teachers to maintain and strengthen their professional ability. Enhancing the reading ability of rural teachers, in terms of policy, is the meaning of promoting rural revitalization; in terms of theory, it is the inherent demand of consolidating the construction of the teaching force; in terms of reality, it is the due course of cracking the actual predicament of reading of current rural teachers.
