摘要： 探究地方院校学生教师资格证应试能力对审视学校教学质量和学生的学习能力具有重要的意义。基于1321名有过教师资格证考试经历学生的调查,采用SEM模型进行分析。研究发现:地方院校学生教师资格证应试能力不足;教学环境感知对应试能力显著负向影响,教学与学生能力素养要求有偏差;学习投入对应试能力显著正向影响,学习投入方向不明;求职信念在教学环境感知与学习投入对应试能力的影响中具有遮掩效应和中介效应。基于此,建议加快推进教师教育教学改革;增强学生学习的主动性,帮助学生明晰学习投入的方向;关注学生的求职信念,增强就业信心。

Abstract: Exploring the ability of students’ teacher qualification examination in local colleges and universities to examine the teaching quality and students ' learning ability is of great importance.Based on the survey of 1321 students with teacher qualification examination experience, the SEM model was used to analyze the results.The results showed that local college students’ teacher qualification certificate examination ability is worrying, perception of teaching environment has a significant negative impact on test-taking ability, and there is a deviation between teaching and students’ ability literacy requirements, learning engagement has a significant positive impact on test-taking ability, and employment beliefs have masking effect and mediating effect in the influence of teaching environment perception and learning engagement on test-taking ability.Based on this, accelerating the reform of teacher education and teaching is proposed by paying attention to students ' employment beliefs and enhance employment confidence.
