光谱分析利培酮影响聚肌胞对蛋白的抑制

Spectral Analysis of Effect of Risperidone on the Inhibition of Polyinosinic-polycytidylic Acid to Protein

摘要: 利用光谱法探究在血浆中常见的5种金属元素存在下,利培酮对聚肌胞抑制血清白蛋白的影响. 研究表明:在利培酮的影响下,聚肌胞以动态猝灭的模式对蛋白的荧光进行抑制. 确定了各种常数、抑制位点、相互作用力、结合部位和协同作用等. 添加的铜和镍只能略微增加抑制作用,铬、锰和镁反而削弱了抑制作用.

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of risperidone on the inhibition of serum albumin by polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid in the presence of five common metal elements in plasma were investigated by spectrometric method. The results showed that under the influence of risperidone, polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid inhibited the fluorescence of proteins in a dynamic quenching mode. Various constants, inhibition sites, interaction forces, binding sites and synergies were determined. The addition of copper and nickel only slightly increased the inhibition, but also weakened by chromium, manganese and magnesium.
