Abstract: China has developed a distinct culture that advocates harmonybased on “Tianxia” doctrine and people-oriented concept during the process of civilization and social evolution in the history. After the establishment of the People's Republic China, especially after the opening of the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics, the CPC has realizedthe integration of China's excellent traditional culture and Marxismbased on actual conditions of China. The CPC hasalso insisted on people's dominant status and its own independent model of reform whilesimultaneouslypromoting common prosperity and enhancing whole-process democracy nationwide. China and its impressive development have realized a giant historical leapin the changing international environment, which provides a new path and option for countries in the world who want to pursue a sustainable development while preserving theirindependence; and it offers China's experience andChina's wisdom to mankind solving challenges of this time.
