摘要: 为改善现有课程实验设备综合性不强的问题,设计了一套基于可编程控制和工业机器人的分拣码垛系统.该系统综合了可编程控制器、工业机器人、传感器、电机与变频器、气动技术等多个模块,可以实现对黑、白两种颜色工件和铝、塑料两种材质工件的自动化分拣与码垛.实验结果表明:系统能对黑色铝制、黑色塑料和白色铝制、白色塑料工件进行高准确分拣与码垛,并可以利用触摸屏实现系统的操纵与监控.针对系统设计多个实验项目训练,改善机械、工业机器人、自动化专业的综合教学条件,为提升学生综合动手能力和实验设备的创新性提供一定的参考.

Abstract: A set of sorting and palletizing system based on programmable logic controllers (PLC) and industrial robots was designed to improve the problems of the traditional experimental equipment comprehensive.The system combines many modules such as PLC,industrial robot,touch screen,sensor,transducer,motor,hydraulics,and pneumatics,which can realize the automatic sorting and palletizing of black and white workpieces,as well as aluminum and plastic workpieces.The experimental results show that the system can sort and palletize black aluminum,black plastic,white aluminum and white plastic workpieces with high accuracy,and can use the touch screen to realize the system manipulation and monitoring.This system can be used to design multiple experimental project trainings,improve the conditions for comprehensive teaching of machinery,industrial robots and automation,and provide a reference value for improving students’ practical ability and the innovation of experimental equipment.
