具有最小基本动作周期的RGV动态调度策略

摘要: 在详细分析直线型RGV工作原理的基础上,针对RGV实时调度和故障调度两个关键问题,提出了具有最小基本动作周期的RGV动态调度模型.该模型的RGV调度策略就是让RGV在每次调度时均选择具有最小基本动作周期时间的CNC进行服务.对于只加工一道工序或多道工序加工中处理第一道工序且无熟料的CNC时,RGV的基本动作周期时间都为等待、运动、上下料及清洗时间的总和.对于两道工序加工中加工第一道工序的CNC上有熟料时,则RGV的基本动作周期为等待、运动、上下料、运动、上下料及清洗时间的总和.采用matlab编程对RGV调度模型进行仿真求解,求解结果表明该RGV动态调度策略能有效提升RGV车的工作效率.

Abstract: A dynamic scheduling model of RGV with minimum basic action period is proposed for the two key problems of real-time scheduling and fault scheduling of RGV based on a detailed analysis of the working principle of linear RGV. The RGV scheduling strategy of this model is to let the RGV select the CNC with the minimum basic action cycle time for service in each scheduling. The basic action cycle time of the RGV is the sum of waiting, motion, loading and unloading, and cleaning time for a CNC that processes the first process in a one-step process or a multi-step process without clinker. For a CNC that processes the first process in a two-process process with clinker, the basic action cycle time of the RGV is the sum of wait, motion, loading and unloading, motion, loading and unloading, and cleaning time. The RGV scheduling model is simulated and solved by matlab programming, and the solution results show that this RGV dynamic scheduling strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of the RGV vehicle.
