《均相反应动力学及均相反应器》教学方法研究

摘要: 化学反应工程是化学工程与工艺专业的核心课程,而均相反应动力学及均相反应器这部分知识点是化学反应工程的核心知识点.该课程旨在培养学生树立工程观念,对于提高学生理论与生产实际的联系,解决实际工业问题起着重要的作用.针对化学反应工程错综复杂、综合性极强等特点,为了让学生理解化学反应工程中均相反应动力学和均相反应器的相关知识点,主要讨论化学反应速率与变化速率之间的区别,BR、PFR、CSTR设计方程相关运用,以及摩尔流量与体积流量之间的关系.旨在提高学生学习创新能力,并为化学反应工程的教学改革提供参考.

Abstract: Chemical Reaction Engineering is the core course of chemical engineering and process, and the knowledge of Homogeneous Reaction Kinetics and Homogeneous Reactor is the core knowledge point of chemical reaction engineering. The course aims to train students to establish engineering concepts, which plays an important role in improving the connection between theory and production practice and solving practical industrial problems. The course focuses on the difference between chemical reaction rate and rate of change, the application of BR, PFR and CSTR design equations, and the relationship between molar flow rate and volume flow rate in order to understand the kinetics of homogeneous reactions and homogeneous reactors in chemical reaction engineering, The aim is to improve students' learning and innovation ability, and to provide some reference for the teaching reform of chemical reaction engineering.
