摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高技术产业已成为决定社会经济发展水平和质量的重要因素.在总结云南高技术产业发展现状的基础上,运用灰色关联分析方法,实证测算云南高技术产业与区域经济的灰色关联度.结果表明,云南高技术产业在发展规模、产出效益、R&D投入、创新能力等方面存在明显不足,同时云南高技术产业与经济增长的关联度无论是2002—2016年、还是分时期的2002—2008年、2009—2016年的关联度均比较小,高技术产业对经济增长的贡献较弱.结合云南经济发展特征和高技术产业发展现状,提出了进一步促进高技术产业发展的政策建议.

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the development status of high-tech industry in yunnan, this paper uses the grey correlation analysis method to empirically estimate the correlation degree between high-tech industry and economic growth in 2002-2016, and makes a comparative analysis of the correlation degree between 2002-2008 and 2009-2016. The results show that the high-tech industry in Yunnan has obvious deficiencies in development scale, output efficiency, R&D investment, innovation ability and other aspects, and the contribution of high-tech industry to economic growth is weak. Based on the characteristics of Yunnan's economic development and the status of high-tech industry development, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to further promote the development of high-tech industry.
