摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对高校校园网贷现象的成因进行分析,以鱼骨图进行呈现,分析了国家有关部门出台的一系列制度措施.探索基于行为感知系统和上网行为审计系统进行校园网贷行为大数据分析,对高校思政工作中的校园网贷进行筛查、发现和预警,提前做好防范和疏导工作.构建高校学生工作处、网络信息中心、宣传部、保卫处、学院辅导员形成相应的联动处置机制,帮助学工部门全面了解学生校园网贷情况,及时发现和掌握校园网贷信息,形成研判和应对体系,对校园网贷进行综合治理.通过信息化技术手段提升思政工作效率,力求最大限度地避免校园网贷悲剧的发生.

Abstract: This paper analyses causes of the phenomenon of campus network loan, and presents it with Ishikawa diagram. It analyses a series of systems and measures issued by relevant state departments. Exploring big data analysis of campus network loan behaviors based on behavior awareness system and online behavior auditing system, the author ,who is as the manager of the university network center, screens, discovers and warns early about the campus network loan in ideological and political work in colleges and universities in order that it can prevent and guide in advance. Constructing a corresponding linkage mechanism among Student Affairs Office, Network Information Center, Propaganda Department, Security Department and college counselors to help the Student Affairs Department comprehensively understand the situation of campus network loan, so as to discover and grasp the information of campus network loan in time, form a research, judgement and response system, and carry on comprehensive management of campus network loan. To improve the efficiency of ideological and political work by means of information technology and strive to avoid tragedy of campus network loan to the greatest extent are of great significance in management of students involves in campus network loan in our school
