Abstract: Qujing is a region rich in red cultural resources. The protection and development of Red Cultural Resources is of great practical significance for inspiring the reform and construction enthusiasm of the new era and enhancing the endogenous power of high-quality leapfrog development. Protect and develop Qujing Red Culture Resources, aiming at the existing problems such as unclear power and responsibility、the lack of security system 、the lag of industrialization development and the not thorough theoretical research , should take vitality countermeasures:digging expand red culture connotation, make diamond red tourism routes, shaping the red culture value concept, activate the red culture vitality countermeasures, and make systematic finishing excavation, so as to enhance its value.
