摘要/Abstract

摘要： 曲靖红色文化资源丰富。曲靖红色文化旅游发展共经历了政治接待、旅游接待和市场接待三个阶段,发展中存在六大问题:思想认识不够,规划纲要贯彻不到位;管理体制不完善,运行机制不通顺;资金投入较少,基础设施条件较差;资源开发深度不够,旅游产品层次粗放;旅游人才匮乏,从业人员素质不高;旅游宣传乏力,产品整合有待加强。

Abstract: Qujing is rich in red culture. Qujing red culture tourism development has experienced political reception, tourist reception and reception market in three stages, there are six major problems in the development: thinking and understanding is not enough, the outline of the plan for the implementation is not in place; the management system is not perfect, the operating mechanism is not smooth; less capital investment, infrastructure conditions; resource development is not enough depth to the level of tourism products extensive travel; lack of personnel, personnel quality is not high; tourism promotion is weak, product integration needs to be strengthened.
