校企深度融合 创新现代应用技能人才培养模式

摘要: 从“大力发展职业教育”到“加强现代职业教育”,从“工学结合、校企结合”到“产教协同”、“专业随产业发展动态调整”,从“前校后厂”发展到“厂校融合”、“理实一体项目化教学改革”和课程建设,曲靖应用技术学校密切结合市场对职业教育的发展要求,全面深化应用技能人才培养改革,实现校企深度融合创新,提高了现代应用技能人才培养质量。

Abstract: Qujing College of Applied Technic has experienced three phases of training students, from rapid development of vocational education to reinforcement of modern vocational education; from the combination of learning and working, and the incorporation of school and enterprise to the synergy of producing and learning, and the dynamic regulation of majors with industrial development; and from the school-factory mode to the integration of college and enterprise, the project-based reformation of theory and practice, and curricula construction as well. The school set up this mode for overall deepening reform of applied talent cultivation to meet the needs of the society.
