Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s Internet finance in recent years, part of the P2P network platform extends the service of the credit to the university students, the university campus network loan shows an increasing trend. Since the objects of the network loan are the college students who has no source of income on the campus, the network transmission is frequently concealed, it is difficult to regulate the network loan on campus; As a result, the network loan causes too much chaos such as the false propaganda, arbitrary charges, usury loan, illegal operations, violent collection etc, and even leads to the terrible extreme events which forces the college students suicide, the network loan on campus has become the focus which is reported by the public media and concerned by the public opinion. This paper analyzes the main reasons for the chaos, proposes to strengthen the ideological education for the college students, intensifies the self-disciplines for the network loan institutions, explicit the responsibilities of relevant supervision and administration management, introduces the normal and legal network loan to campus, utilizes legal weapons to protect students’ rights and interests as well as to get rid of network loan chaos on campus.
