Abstract: The ideological education of college students is an important part of higher education. The ideological situation of college students living in the information age is deeply influenced by multiculturalism. In view of the problems existing in the ideological aspects of college students at present, the author, on the basis of literature research and through the way of questionnaire investigation, preliminarily grasped the current ideological situation of college students. The results show that the overall political and ideological awareness of college students has improved, but in the red resources attention, excellent traditional culture attention, On the basis of the research results, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the ideological problems of college students in the new era through the aspects of red resources, current political education, excellent traditional culture, and so on.
