物料分拣实验系统的研究与开发

摘要: 针对现有课程实验设备综合性不强的问题,设计了一套物料自动分拣实验系统.分拣系统综合了可编程控制器(PLC)、触摸屏、传感器、变频器与电机、液压与气动多个模块.可实现对不同颜色、不同材质物料的自动分拣,并借助触摸屏模块实现分拣系统的监控和操纵.分拣实验结果表明:自动分拣系统对不同颜色、材质物料进行分拣准确率高.系统可进行PLC与触摸屏控制实验、传感器技术实验、电机传动控制实验以及液压与气动控制等实验训练,满足了机械电气自动化等多学科交叉的综合教学需要.

Abstract: A set of material automatic sorting experiment system was designed in order to improve the problems of the traditional experimental equipment comprehensive. The sorting system combines many modules such as programmable control, touch screen, sensor, transducer,motor, hydraulics and pneumatics, and it can sort different colors and materials automatically, an use the touch screen to monitor and multi-operate the sorting system. The experimental results show that the automatic sorting system can sort different color and different textural material correctly. The system can be used in many experiments, such as the control experiment of PLC and touch screen, sensor technology experiment, electric motor drive control experiment as well as hydraulic and pneumatic control experimental training, which has met the comprehensive teaching needs of interdisciplinary teaching, for example, electrical mechanical automation.
