摘要/Abstract

摘要： 曲靖建设区域医疗卫生中心陷入医疗资源紧缺、投入保障机制不健全、人力资源管理机制滞后、宣传工作不到位等困境.破解区域医疗卫生中心建设中的困境需要政府和医疗机构履行主体责任,建立健全保障体制,引进高端人才,推进医疗联合体建设,建设高水平的区域医疗卫生中心.

关键词: 区域医疗卫生中心, 困境, 策略

Abstract: There are some problems for Qujing to construct the regional medical center, for example: shortage of medical resources, unsound input guarantee mechanism, lagging human resources management mechanism, and poor publicity. In order to solve these problems, the government and the medical institutions need to carry out main responsibilities. They should improve the guarantee mechanism, attract and retain talents, as well as promote the construction of medical complex so as to construct high standard regional medical center.
