摘要/Abstract

摘要： 曲靖建设区域医疗卫生中心是为了破解“十二五”时期曲靖医疗卫生事业发展存在的问题,应对“十三五”曲靖医疗事业改革发展的新需求新变化,有助于实施健康扶贫、打赢脱贫攻坚战.曲靖市区域医疗卫生中心建设在领导机制、项目建设、内涵建设、人才培养、社会服务等方面取得了阶段性成效.

关键词: 区域医疗卫生中心, 意义, 成效

Abstract: In order to deal with those problems of the medical development during “12th-5-year” period in Qujing, and to meet the new need of the medical reform, the regional medical center is constructed, which is conducive to implementing the police of Health Assist Poverty. The construction of regional medical center has achieved periodical success in terms of leadership mechanism, project construction, inner construction, personnel training and society service, etc.
