Abstract: In order to construct the mechanism of improving journal quality of higher vocational college, this paper found that journal quality reflected the high vocational college sciences research level by using statistics data and documentaries analyzing, and concluded the main cause is immaturity of high vocational education discipline. Finally, some strategies were proposed: journals should be the leader of content, and construct evaluation system and communication ways based on the constructing of vocational education discipline discourse power, and cultivate scholarized editors.
