安徽省交通基础设施与经济增长的实证研究——基于VAR模型

An Empirical Study of Traffic Infrastructure and Economic Growth in Anhui Province——Based on VAR Model

摘要: 以安徽省1994~2016年时间序列数据,实证研究了安徽省铁路、公路、内河航道里程与经济增长之间的关系,结论如下:安徽省铁路、公路、内河航道里程与经济增长之间在5%临界水平上存在协整关系,铁路、公路、内河航道的发展对安徽省经济增长的作用虽有一定的时滞,但均能促进安徽省经济增长;安徽省经济增长对铁路、公路和内河航道里程增加均起促进作用,其中对铁路和内河航道里程增加的促进作用较大,而对公路里程增加的促进作用稍小;方差分解显示:铁路里程增加对经济增长的贡献率最大,其次为公路和内河航道里程增加;经济增长对铁路里程增加的贡献率较大,对公路和内河航道里程增加的贡献率较小,表明安徽省经济增长对铁路运输能力提升产生进一步的需求,对公路运输和内河航道运输能力提升的需求相对较小。

Abstract: Taking the data of Anhui Province from 1994 to 2016, this paper empirically studies the relationship between the mileage of railway, highway and inland waterway and economic growth. The conclusion reveals: Co-integration relationship exists among the mileage of railway, highway, inland waterway and economic growth at the 5% critical level. Although the development of railway, highway and inland waterway has time lags effect on economic growth, all can promote the economic growth of Anhui Province, vice versa. But the effect for railway and waterway was larger than highway. Variance decomposition shows that railway has the largest contribution to economic growth, followed by the highway and inland waterway. The contribution of economic growth to the development of railway is larger than the other two, which shows that the economic growth in Anhui Province has further demand for the improvement of railway transportation capacity than highway and waterway
