摘要: 讨论了利用负反馈调控大肠杆菌基因振子的动力学行为.研究发现,在原带有时滞调控模型中,转录时滞和翻译时滞之和增大到某个临界值,分岔发生.有趣的是,在模型中引入负反馈控制后,转录时滞和翻译时滞和的界值增大,分岔推迟发生,也即模型可在一个更大的时滞范围内依然保持稳定.最后给出了数值模拟.

Abstract: This paper studies the dynamical behavior of oscillatory expression in E.coli with negative state feedback. Results show that the bifurcation happens when the sum of the time delay reaches a critical value. Interestingly, after adding the control of negative state feedback, the Hopf bifurcation phenomenon is delayed, which indicates that the model can keep steady within a bigger range. What’s more, numerical simulations are carried out to support the theoretical analysis.
