摘要: 通过对中药蒲黄与西药菠萝蛋白酶药理的比较,分析认为蒲黄与菠萝蛋白酶药理作用基本相同,蒲黄中具有活血化瘀药效的生物活性成分是能被消化道完整吸收的具有纤维蛋白溶解活性的蛋白酶,同时指出了蒲黄药用中存在的问题、注意事项及未来的研究方向.

Abstract: A comparison in pharmacological effects between the traditional Chinese drugs Pollen Typhae and the Western drug Bromelain shows that Pollen Typhae plays a very similar pharmacologic role to Bromelain. It is found that Pollen Typhae contains the blood-activating and stasis-dissolving components, which are the fibrinolytic enzyme that can be absorbed into blood from the gastrointestinal tract. Furthermore, the problems, the precautions and the possible research directions of Pollen Typhae’s application in medicine are put forward.
