云南野生鸡嗉子花挥发油成分的GC—MS分析

The GC - MS Analysis of Chemical Components of Volatile Oils from Wild Papillose Epipactis in Yunnan

摘要: 首次采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸡嗉子花的挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分离分析,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量.共鉴定出72种化学成分,占挥发油总质量的92.42%,主要成分为3-丁基-2-甲基-6,7-二氢-5H-环戊烷[b]吡啶-4-胺(13.114%)、二十一烷(8.148%)、异植物醇 (6.663%)、邻苯二甲酸-1-丁酯-2-异丁酯 (5.008%)、1-辛烯-3-醇 (3.957%)等.通过对鸡嗉子花挥发油的分析鉴定,为云南鸡嗉子的合理开发利用提供科学依据.

Abstract: The chemical compositions of volatile oils from wild papillose epipactis were extracted by water stream distillation, analyzed by GC-MS and calculated by chromatographic peak area normalization method. Seventy-two chemical compounds were identified,which takes up to 92.42% of the total oil. The main compounds are 3-butyl-6, 7-two-H-pentane [b] pyridine-amine (13.114%), 21 Alkane (8.148%), isopropyl alcohol (6.663%), dibutyl phthalate butyl ester (5.008%), 1-octanol ( 3.957%), etc. The determination of these chemical constituents in this wild flower will provide scientific basis for further exploitation of papillose epipactis in Yunnan.
