曲靖市麒麟城区爆米花中铅含量的测定

The Determination of Lead in Popcorn in Qilin District of Qujing City

摘要: 采用湿法消解和微波消解两种方法预处理样品,火焰原子吸收法对曲靖市麒麟城区传统爆制法和现代爆制法制作的爆米花中铅含量进行测定,为其食用安全提供科学依据.研究发现现代爆制法加工的爆米花铅含量最高为0.9930mg/kg,而传统爆制法加工的爆米花铅含量最高达1.9830mg/kg.四个批次的爆米花铅含量全部超标,所以爆米花不宜多食.家用微波炉消解法的相对标准偏差均小于4%,回收率为90.04%~93.57%.家用微波炉消解样品具有灵敏度高和结果可靠等优点.该方法用于爆米花中铅元素测定,操作安全性和环保方面优势突出.

Abstract: Lead in popcorn that is prepared in traditional process and modern process is determined to provide scientific basis to the security of food. The microwave digestion and wet digestion are adopted to prepare the sample, and the amount of lead in popcorn are detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the lead in the popcorn made by traditional process reaches up to1.9830mg/kg while that in the modernly-made popcorn goes up to 0.9930mg/kg. Lead contents in 4 samples are significantly higher than the national standard. Therefore,it is suggested that the popcorn should not be ate too much. The relative standard deviation of microwave digestion method is less than 4% and the recovery is 90.04%~93.57%. Home microwave digestion method can produce high precision and dependable results in measuring the content of lead. Particularly, there is more outstanding advantages at the safety operability and environmental protection.
