微信公众平台在教学质量监控体系中的运用

摘要: 微信是互联网时代背景下最普及的掌上社交软件,是学生最乐于接受的信息沟通渠道之一.通过微信公众平台开展数据统计和调查研究,具有随时随地、反馈形式多样等优点.课程改革和课程教学质量监控体系具有图文并茂、实时动态、互动性强、数据分析手段多等特点,便于教师改善教学内容.采用问卷法、管理员后台数据分析法,统计学分析法,利用SPSS13.0软件进行数据分析,采用克伦巴赫系数(Cronbach’s α)进行教学效果的对比分析,旨在利用微信公众平台人性化、交互式的实时反馈,研究其在构建和完善综合性的教学质量监控体系和课程改革中的运用.

Abstract: WeChat, the most popular handheld social software in the Internet+era, is one of the important information communication channels widely accepted by college students. Using WeChat public platform to carry out data statistics and survey research is convenient to collect various forms of feedback easily. The curriculum reform and teaching quality monitoring and controlling is characterized with illustration, updating in time and active interaction and diversity of analyzing means, which enables teachers to improve their teaching. An easy and practical monitoring and controlling system for teaching quality is put forward through the methods of questionnaire, backstage data analysis, data analysis by using SPSS13.0 software and the Cronbach’s α comparative analysis so that the WeChat public platform can be applied to the construction and improvement of teaching quality monitoring and controlling system.
