高校经管类毕业生就业现状分析及对策

摘要: 为进一步推进经管类毕业生的就业工作,本文以曲靖师范学院为例,对近三年来经管类毕业生规模情况、就业率、就业地域分布、就业行业分布及就业单位性质进行统计,分析毕业生就业现状及存在的问题。结果显示,经管类毕业生基数较大,缺乏“双师型”教师、学生缺乏吃苦耐劳精神,升学和自主创业成功的比例不高、毕业生服务意识薄弱,不愿意到基层就业、云南籍毕业生到省外就业人数不多、同时分析对象均为非师范专业毕业生,在就业上较师范类专业相对难就业。针对经管类毕业生就业难存在的问题,提出相应对策,为今后经管类大学生就业提供参考。

Abstract: In order to further promote the employment of economic and management graduates, taking qujing normal university as an example, this paper makes statistics on the scale, employment rate, employment geographical distribution, employment industry distribution and the nature of employment units of economic and management graduates in the past three years, and analyzes the employment status of graduates. Results show that the graduate of administration base is bigger, the lack of “double type” teachers, students lack of preparedness to work hard, enters a higher school and self-employed success is not high, the proportion of graduates service consciousness weak, and not willing to grass-roots employment, few YunNaJi graduates to employment outside the province, analysis objects are non-normal majors at the same time, on the job than normal class professional is relatively difficult to obtain employment. In view of the problem of employment difficulty of economic and management college students, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and provides reference for the future employment of economic and management college students.
