Abstract: The unique ecological climate conditions of the Nan Pan River basin have bred abundant species and beautiful scenery and become the preponderant conditions for the development of featured agriculture industry. Major approaches to poverty alleviation in agriculture industries with special features in the development of the basin are large-scale, standardized and organized. Large-scale layout can realize optimal allocation of regional resources and highlight regional comparative advantages. Scale can stretch industrial chain, which is the basis of avoiding market price risk through financial instruments. Set up the characteristic agricultural product standard of green ecology is based on the market fundamental. Improving the organization degree of featured agriculture industry can improve farmers' ability to resist risks, reduce transaction costs of the entire industrial development, integrate the poor population into the industrial development organization, and improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation. We should develop large industries and foster small business owners. We will improve the development of agriculture services with special features and deepen the reform of the “separation of three rights” in rural land.
