摘要: 以meso-四(4-羧基苯基)自由卟啉与醋酸钴为原料制备了meso-四-(4-羧基苯基)金属钴卟啉配合物CoTCPP,在常温和生理pH下,运用了荧光光谱法探究了CoTCPP牛血清白蛋白(BSA)溶液的相互作用,实验表明:BSA分子具备比较强地内源荧光发射,该卟啉CoTCPP对其荧光有猝灭作用.另外,依据Stren-Volmer的方程确定了它们之间荧光猝灭机理为静态猝灭.这就对于进一步发现四(4-羧基苯基)金属钴卟啉配合物以及衍生物在生物体内的功用提供了一些重要信息.

Abstract: Co(II) meso-4 (4-carboxyl phenyl) porphyrin (CoTCPP) was synthesized by TCPP and Co(OAc)2.. Then the interaction between CoTCPP and bovine serum albumin (BSA) under the physiological condition was studied using the fluorescence quenching method. The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of BSA has decreased with the concentration increase of CoTCPP. It also showed that the quenching mechanism of the combination of BSA with CoTCPP is a static quenching procedure. All of these provided some important information for further study of CoTCPP and its organism.
