摘要/Abstract

摘要： 云南省罗平县旅游业经过30年的努力发展,形成良好态势,也为更多人所瞩目,但在经济新常态下,其产业结构也正面临着巨大的转型动力。结合PESTEL分析模型,采用文献资料调研,归纳分析法以及逻辑分析法,对云南省罗平县全域旅游发展的政治、经济、社会、技术、环境和法律因素进行大环境分析。结果表明:云南省罗平县全域旅游发展需要强化政治保障,优化扶持政策,营造良好的旅游产业发展环境;聚力全域旅游品牌建设,鼓励新思维、新手段的创新宣传方式;强化人才保障,做到全民共建共享,创新发展旅游新业态;优化升级在线旅游服务,完善旅游信息服务体系,并广泛运用大数据;必须以自然为本,保护环境,倡导绿色出行;加强强有力的法律保障,制定全域旅游优惠政策。

Abstract: Luoping, as a region, is the important tourist destination in Qujing according to the number of visitors and total income. Its particular geography and socio-cultural characteristics turn Luoping into an interesting laboratory for studying the evolution of tourism in the province Yunnan. Based on the conceptual structure and nature of PESTEL (Political, Economic, Socio-cultural, Technological, Environment and Legal) analysis, from the perspective of the macro-environment to investigate the macro factors in the evolution of All-for-One Tourism in Luoping. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding suggestion of regional tourism development.
