曲靖市蝗虫物种多样性调查

摘要: 为了解云南曲靖市蝗总科Acridoidea昆虫资源情况,采用五点随机取样法和传统分类学对本地蝗虫物种多样性及其分布进行调查.共采集标本400头,经鉴定隶属7科16属19种,其中斑翅蝗科Oedipodidae属种数量最多(7属7种),其次是锥头蝗科Pyrgomorphidae(1属3种)和网翅蝗科Arcypteridae(2属3种),蝗科Acrididae和瘤锥蝗科Chrotogonidae均为1属1种.多样性分析结果表明马龙区农场蝗虫丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀度和优势度指数最高.从物种分布看,短额负蝗Atractomorpha sinensis和疣蝗Trilophidia annulata分布最广.从分布地点看,马龙区农场物种最丰富(17种).研究结果表明曲靖市蝗种多样性及分布特点与生境植被类型密切相关.结果为本地蝗虫的资源利用、预测预报及综合防治提供依据.

Abstract: In order to understand the insect resources of Acridoidea in Qujing , Yunnan , the species diversity and distribution of local locusts are investigated by five-point random sampling method and traditional taxonomy. Four hundred specimens belonging to 19 species, 16 genera and 7 families are collected and identified. Among them, Oedipodidae has the largest number of genera and species (7 genera and 7 species), followed by Pyrgomorphidae (1 genera and 3 species) , Arcypteridae (2 genera and 3 species), and Acrididae and Chrotogonidae (1 genera and 1 species respectively). The results of diversity analysis show that the richness, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, evenness and dominance index of grasshoppers in the farms of Malong District are the highest. From the perspective of species distribution, Atractomorpha sinensis and Trilophidia annulata are the most widely distributed. From the distribution point of view, Malong District farm has the most abundant species (17 species). The results show that the diversity and distribution characteristics of locust species in Qujing are closely related to habitat vegetation types providing a basis for the resource utilization, prediction and comprehensive control of local locusts.
