摘要/Abstract

摘要： 坚持实施创新驱动发展战略,把科技自立自强作为国家发展的战略支撑,加快建设创新型国家和世界科技强国,是中国共产党百年奋斗所得到的重大历史经验之一。基于理论与现实,从科技创新政策体系、创新理念、全球价值链等维度,结合基本国情,中国需要坚持走特色科技创新之路。面对第四次新科技革命及其引发的全球变局,我国需要继续坚持创新发展战略,同时将其升级为“创新发展战略2.0”,并找到我国创新发展之路的具体调整方向。

Abstract: One ofthe significant historical experiences gained by the CPC in its 100-year struggle is to persist in the Innovation-driven Development Strategy (IDS), take self-reliance of science and technology as the strategic support for development and accelerate the construction of an innovative country and a formidable scientific and technological country in the world. This paper summarizes the characteristics of China's innovative development pathwhich combines basic national conditions and global changes from the dimensions of innovation policy system, concept and GVCs based on theory and reality. Considering the 4th Science and TechnologyRevolution and the global changes, Chinamustpersistin the IDS and update it into a IDS 2.0 version. This paper also analyses the new challenges facing China's and puts forward some directionsfor it.
